My specialty is in integrative health and wellness coaching meaning that in our sessions we may explore modalities like meditation, mindfulness, yoga, etc to help you reach your self-directed goals. I also provide cannabis education (licensed budtender in the state of VT) and culinary nutrition classes both in person and virtually.
